November New Asian Restaurants in Seattle

#01: Dagu rice noodles

There is nothing missing in winter without hot soup and water. A bowl of rice noodles is just right at noon on a working day. The soup base is rich, the rice noodles are smooth and elastic, the ingredients are rich, and the presentation is very ritualistic. The signature dish is Yuanqi Big Bone Rice Noodles, which comes with gloves and a straw to suck out the bone marrow from the beef bone stick.

Rice noodles with tomato, sauerkraut, spicy and other flavors are also good. The store also has fried rice, which is as good as other fried chicken specialty stores’ salt-fried chicken and chicken steaks. Those who love noodle dishes can try it.

#02: Tian Tian Noodle

Tian Tian Noodle - Old Hot Pot Factory, this store has returned to its original intention this month and has changed back to Meet Every Day, continuing to serve a variety of northern noodles and rice bowls. (However, the old hotpot has not disappeared, it has been moved to another place)

It is said that there is also a lunch for migrant workers, which is similar to the stir-fried dishes in a school cafeteria. A friend of mine said in the past that he loves the beef noodles at this restaurant. If you like noodles, you can feel free to order it~

#03: Tous Les Jours

Tous Les Jours, which is blooming all over the country, has opened in Redmond this time, right next to Hmart Dahua. There are quite a lot of types of breads and cakes available, and they are very suitable for the tastes of Chinese babies.

The store also has a wide variety of large and small cakes, which are not the traditional sweet ones found in American desserts. They are very suitable for buying to treat yourself or celebrate anniversaries.

#04: The Ivy

A small bar with comfortable and exquisite decoration, serving Asian food, ranging from Japanese sushi hand rolls, Southeast Asian lumpia fried spring rolls, to tamarind sauce fried pork chops...

Unwind with an after-get off work drink and these cute small plates.

#05: Minato

A restaurant that specializes in Japanese-style donburi. The rice is piled with raw fish and seafood. This meal will fill up your protein intake for the day. Salmon meat is orange-red in color and has thick fat. One bite is super satisfying! To a certain extent, is it also good as a fat-reducing meal?

They also have a signature "sushi sundae" - of course not a dark combination of sushi + ice cream, but a "sundae" of rice + various sushi toppings in a small cup.

#06: Atoma

It is said to be the new restaurant of the sous chef of Canlis, the restaurant most likely to be recommended by Michelin in Seattle. It uses seasonal ingredients from the Pacific Northwest and is inspired by the experience, childhood and travel of the chefs to create dishes that can evoke old memories of diners. .

#07: Xóm

Xóm is a Vietnamese restaurant located in Chophouse Row on Capitol Hill. The store has long  wooden tables suitable for large groups, as well as smaller tables suitable for workers to eat pho.

The dishes and the environment are both eye-catching and fresh. It feels like a journey of traditional Vietnamese flavors in Seattle. It is still in the soft open stage, and interested friends can check it out.
